How Linen Rental Works
BS Lavandaria offers a linen rental service for holiday lets in Portimão and across the Algarve. To do this, we supply the bed linen, towels and bedroom and bathroom mats, take care of the washing and deliver everything ready to use, on the changeover days you set.
It is therefore the solution for owners, Airbnb hosts and short-term rental companies that do not want to invest in linen stock or waste time between check-out and check-in.
Alternatively, those who prefer can collect and return the linen directly at our laundry, at Av. do Brasil 11, Unit 4, in Portimão. On the other hand, for those who cannot drop by the shop, we deliver and collect at the property.
- We define your kit: First, we recommend the right items for the number of beds, the type and the occupancy of your property.
- You choose the days: You set the delivery and collection days according to your bookings, with 24 to 48 hours' notice, or you collect the linen at the laundry.
- We swap used linen for clean: Then we collect the used linen and leave a clean kit, folded and ready to put on.
- Monthly contract or one-off request: You can choose a monthly contract or make one-off requests, depending on your property's occupancy.

We also include clean bedroom and bathroom mats at every guest changeover, to complete the overall presentation of your property.
Delivery and Collection
According to your bookings, with 24 to 48 hours' notice. Alternatively, you can collect the linen at our Portimão laundry.

You buy no linen and do no washing, because you only pay for what you use. Everything new, ironed, pressed.

If you prefer, you can also collect and drop off the linen at our laundry, at Av. do Brasil 11, Unit 4, in Portimão.
We work with a monthly contract or one-off requests, as you prefer. The contract is formal and, to cancel it, you simply need to give one month's notice.
